Just came across the item below from the NY Post.

Icahn and Imclone are big KDUS investors.
Two daughters of Sam Waksal, Imclone's CEO, are big KDUS investors.
Icahn is a big Imclone investor.
Would Imclone want to buy out KDUS for stock to get its cash – and give Icahn and the Waksal folks a nice profit on their KDUS holdings?
Hmmm.

It'$ a good thing

IT seems there's nothing that Martha Stewart touches that doesn't turn to gold. The one-woman multimedia phenomenon threw a party at Daniel's the other night for her medical-inventor chum, Dr. Sam Waksal, and all the guests at the table wanted to pick up the check. They could afford to because the dinner was to celebrate the success of Sam's Imclone company, in which they had all invested over the years -- many brought in by Martha. There was a point when some thought Stewart should have stuck to her knitting, but Sam's company has finally taken off, with the shares up from last year's $10 to around $140 last week.

Some of those celebrating their patience and good fortune included billionaire raider Carl Icahn and his wife, Gail; top music and entertainment lawyer Allen Grubman and his wife, Debbie; film producer and investment mogul Keith Barish and his wife, Ann; and Andrew Farkas.
