Were they present in JEDEC workgroups and participated in discussions and technical _disclosures_ by other participants, or not? The Rambus lawyers choose to hide behind the deceptive phrase "voted only once", with apparent goal to divert public attention and to discount the level of Rambus involvement. It is clear who's position is "weak" if Rambus has to resort to this kind of diversions ... he-he. <Rambus told analysts it was prepared to bear the legal expenses of the various suits in which it is engaged.> "To bear expenses"? Pretty much stupid statement. How much it will deplete the already miserable Rambus earnings? Will it be "bearable" to shareholders?
