. . . More on Margin Liquidation Squeezes. . . .

This September squeeze period so far looks like this. . .

Nasdaq COMPX began a 4DML on Sept 1. It was "compounded" with a superimposed 4DML beginning on Sept 7th. . . [which would have been the 4th day of the 4DML]. . .this theory is evidenced by the big drops on the 11th and 12th in the final 2 hours of trading. Bad news. . . we very well may have entered a THIRD 4 DML beginning on Sept 14th. Today would be day 3, if that is the case. And if so, we could see a big dip in the final two hours today.

Dow has margin squeezes of its own.

Dow Jones Industrials started its own 4DML beginning on Sept 6th, evidenced by the early morning spike up on the 6th and final hour dump on Sept 11th. It appears another 4DML started on Sept 13th. . . though the open was not started with a typical spike. If the 13th was day 1 on the Dow squeeze, then today would be day 4. . .again implying that we could see a late afternoon dump.

Now this is too new a science to draw accurate conclusions, so this info is primarily for those following along on this theory.

Everyone is waiting for the tech markets to find their footing. And we need a catalyst for the rally to begin.

This wash & rinse is really tough to take. . . up and down and up and down. . ."go ahead. . .make a prediction. . .place a bet. . . it doesn't matter if you are long or short. . . we'll scare you out of your position."
