Greg: daunting task my friend.... I believe JDSU/SDL will be a good investment, as will GLW, LU and a few others in related areas...AMCC, Vitesse... OT: There are a lot of wannabe's climbing on the component wagon these days...most will fail due to technical difficulty, not market issues...(it is supply limited for goodness sake)...I have seen announcements from Teledyne and other old MIL-SPEC houses...these places have no technical expertise in optical components...watch out...
