Also, Mr Brinker has (for all practical purposes) confirmed he is going to discontinue his radio show at the end of the year. bobbrinker.com As most here know, he turned bearish on the market in January 2000, predicts a major market bottom sometime in 2001, and until that happens he will not recommend individual stocks. His market call hasn't made anybody much money yet, and without stock picks he really doesn't have much to say from week to week. Every show is basically "the market's going down, stay in cash and wait". My guess is that he will be proved right. But I expect he has lost a lot of listeners while waiting for Godot.
