With the P/E already in the clouds, I don't see how we can get to 100 this year- although we'd all love it. However, longer term: SIA has proclaimed an estimate of 4.6% growth in chips this year, but three years of 20+% thereafter(98-00). If this becomes the general adopted concencus, this will be the impetus for all the delayed fabs on hold to go to green, plus could pull in plans from further out. Stay tuned to other industry pundits.
