Don, this article confirms what I suspected last week, namely that the license that NEC signed will be irrelevant come 1 Jan. If any of the RMBS bulls that disagreed with me would like to continue to disagree, I would ask you to refute the information in the referenced article, rather than make a blanket statement with no justification.
