A NON market maker is selling the Stock! I talked to my broker ( SB ) abut TNCR and he talked to a few traders abut it, It looks like a NON market maker is selling the stock ( NO NEWS). You may want to Waite until tomorrow before you make a trade it. Thank You Mo
