Steven, Thanks for info. I think that perhaps the confusion on EFCX comes in with the name of the company. Electric Fuel Corporation. The word Fuel when placed next to the word Electric implies fuel cell technology to most. . . . I realize they are referring to batteries as fuel. . .but that is the confusing part.

Their logic is:
Batteries are energy. . .fuel is energy. . .therefore Batteries are fuel. . . .and that is a fallacy. We could say that calories are energy. . .but they have nothing to do with batteries.

PS> CNBC has mentioned Ralph Bloch warning that if Nasdaq breaks through support it could re-test April's lows. And each time they say it, the market tanks a little more. If it is intentional, it is very effective.
