Relative Strength: Palm & Hand showed excellent relative strength today. My personal belief is that some of the telecom money is being rotated into this sector. This groups' products lines are fairly cheap when compared to routers/servers/fiber outlays. This group has products that are sold out and positive quarters are about to announced. Interest rates are low. These companies will have excellent quarters. If energy can become stable, these stocks should do fairly well.
