The joint proxy is just that...it has both statements woven into each other and at times it is hard to figure out who they are referring too.....I was trying to figure out which legal case was the Taulli affair with some difficulty

Here is another strange one.....on August 4 according to joint proxy on page 105 infospace acquired ORCHEST inc which provides software to consolidate multiple financial statements...thing is there was never any official news release to allow the stockholders to know that.....no news at all under SI and only this from the infospace news release page that describes the software but nothing about the acquisition itself....strange
