levy, you missed my point. I am not asking about the joint proxy statement. I am asking about the proxy form. In addition to the statement I received a form that permits me to vote at the GNET meeting, but none for the INSP meeting which will be held at the same time and date, but not at the same place. I am entitled to a form for each.
