Don, the PR of the agreement is there in black and white (if you are looking for a legal document you will never find it from any company as all agreements are confidential, and I don't care if it's IBM, AMD, Intel, VIA or Rambus). Did you read my other message talking about it? Maybe you are looking for something different?
