I think the Chips ... are going to lead us out of the lows again. Well they have certainly set the bear tone (most are down at least 50%) and it takes little persuasion once the cyclicals with great earnings cave to cause the non-earning sectors to do the lemming. But who knows - as I said before - 3rd party PMs aside - while logic would have the chips recovering and the biotechs imploding, the last 8 weeks have been consistently the opposite.

And who or what are we to be careful about, mulletly speaking?
