I agree with your opinions. INSS seems to be trading in narrow range in
the low twenties. Looks alot like the stocks which make up the NWX
index, which perhaps INSS is grouped with in many investors minds (and
portfolios)

I agree that most people place INSS in the category of a networker. However, not so true today. The NWX went up 3.2% and INSS went up .85%. Bay went down .6% and they are in the NWX so not so sure any of this has much bearing. Simply put, INSS did not participate in a strong NASDAQ. Why not?
