Today DNA sells for about $ 1.80. Recently Yuri, which was chosen by Business Week as the #1 small stock, agreed to use Sattel's product in one of its own. I found this curious as it would seem odd for YURI to jeaopardize its own reputation by associating with the Dianna Corp (Sattel is a subsidiary of Dianna). I'm not sure what this association means. To me it either means:
1) YURI is somewhat of a scam
2) Sattel's prioduct will be used

At this point I am trying to acertain what DNAK is worth and how it might do. Does anyone know how much cash they have? I believe DNAK is saying that revenues for Sattel should be about $ 4 mil this quarter. If that is true, what will it mean for DNAK? Since YURI put its reputation on the line by a presss release, maybe Sattel will make its $ 4 in revenues. My guess is that it will, but again, what will that mean for DNAK if it does.

I'm familiar with the litigation, and made some good money based on my old brokers recommendation to buy DNAK. Fortunately, I sold no lower than $ 80 per share. In hindsight, I should have shorted it !

Does anyone read this thread anymore? I'll post if I find out anything noteworthy.
