Scumbria, They have stated that same percentage rate on SDRAM controllers as well during past Q&A. However how they work out the specifics I don't know and I'm sure more specifics are deep into each confidential agreement. I can easily see certain types being more than the range vs. others being less, and all of the combined royalties coming out around that 4-6%.
