GVTucker, Actually that is based on listening to every CC and analysts meeting that Rambus has made publicly accessible. So that is not news. Being able to verify beyond their spoken word during those CCs, it would take the actual confidential agreements (and these are not public). A more difficult way to verify will be based on the royalties that will start coming in beginning this quarter, that includes some SDRAM royalties (but as I said it would be very difficult and a lot of the numbers will be based on hypothetical figures based on articles and different company projections).
