Why is JDSU attractive? I happen to like it and SDLI. Theri markets are just fantastic but don't you think its a bit pricey. What worries me is that in a bear market like this comaines on these kind of valuations are bound to get whacked. JDSU would be expensive if it were $25 never mind $95. And that has nothing to do with its market and products. They are clearly going to sail through of the next coupleof years with fantastic growth but are they worth this kind of valuation? That is the question. We are only just at the beginning of a huge bear market and there is a long way to go for JDSU. Even its target has been dragged down today to a level well below where it was even before the deal was announced and there were/are other buyers at muhc higher prices than today. Best regards, L
