after the share buyback assuming that they get their 3.3 mil shares. The recent 10Q showed a book value of $16.07/sh and a net current asset value of $7.93/sh. Doing a little math and assuming they get their full allotment those figures increase as follows. At a full buyout at a minimum of $4.50/sh BV= $19.37/sh & NCA= $8.92/sh, at $5/sh BV= $19.23/sh & NCA= $8.77/sh, at $5.50/sh BV= $19.09/sh & NCA=$8.63, and at a full buyout at $6/sh BV= $18.95/sh & NCA= $8.48. No wonder the stock has been creeping up the last week. "
