Prime West discussed again in September 8th Investors Digest.Article claims Prime West will pay out $1.65 this year and another $1.65 next year which represents a 20.6 return based on price of $8.45.
A $9 target seems reasonable.Prime West now has a 12.2 year life expectancy based on current reserves. Forty per cent of Prime West production is gas.

Personally I expect a year end special distribution and $1.75 distribution for next year. This could turn out on conservative side since some analyst are calling for $30 oil average for next year and Canadian gas prices of $5.50 for 2001.
