jf, don't know if your still active, but to clarify a few things, there is of course a "plan" but the merger has occurred and the plan is more of a procedure. It is a certainty it shall occur according to the merger plan of march 96, the procedure will have been accomplished by this summer. As for the two companies, there are not, in fact there are no employees of Photonics, per the CFO. They are simply using photonics name (for tax and other purposes)to do business as DTC DATA TECH (DTEC). Today my quote service showed the low trade of the day at .09 but E-trade showed it as .07, everything else was the same. Both synbols are potential bombs. 11mil of DTEC (it may be 11 mil total encluding PHOX, who knows)4 mil of Phox, Floats? What floats. The only thing keeping these symbols even half way orgainized is the lack of information, investors have. I could see if 25>mil shares were out there but the MMs must be sweatin buckets. 2 cents may not seem like much but it is over 20% gain. On todays unlimited trades at fixed prices, what is stopping anything, LACK OF EXPOSURE. Hopefully folks will continue to pump some meger funds into these, because the payoffs should be astronomical once the shares become one.
