chic,where in the hell did you reads that toshiba, oki, hitachi and nec signed deals stating that they thought rmbs patents were invalid but they would pay them anyway? that goes beyond lying to STUPID LYING. and if any one else thinks nec and hitachi can change their minds and not recognise rmbs patents after they once recognised them can chip in for the lawsuit. by the way, john elway is getting a part in the o.j. simpson movie. he plays the part of the slow white bronco! rocky
