Dear XXXXXX: It is not pragmatic for us to comment on the daily stock performance; however, we feel very confident with the execution of our strategy. We are diligently working on the Luminent IPO and the anticipated filing for our Optical Access division. From management's perspective, we are on track with the Luminent IPO. Obviously the timing is out of our hands until we receive confirmation from the SEC on the refiling done last week. Once we receive approval from the SEC, we will be able to progress with the prospectus, road show.... In addition, Luminent, Optical Access and Charlotte's Web will be exhibiting at the Networld + Interop Conference Sep. 26-28th. Zaffire has just obtained its first revenue contract of $15million with UTStarcom (Nasdaq: UTSI). Although I am used to the volatility this stock exhibits, I am a tad nervous about the recent slide from $80 to $55 in 5 trading sessions. As far as I understand nothing has changed fundamentally and this is the selling from acquisitions MRVC made earlier this year. Is that correct? Although you might not be able to comment on this due to the quiet period for LUMN, are we still on track for the IPO? I haven't heard anything about the roadshow or prospectus either.
