The SEC link worked. I checked out the filing and no (thank god) they did not do a Reg S. The filing was related to the conversion of some previously issued convertible bonds. For you lovers of cheapie entertainment stocks, check out GLGT (exiting entertainment and doing a reverse split on 5/26), OPIX (??), LUXY (a chain of movie theatres), JTWO (they own the rights to National Lampoon) MQEE (??), BPRT (in the ice capade business), ROMN (the simpsons)and OSFG (a distributor). Has anyone ever seen a research report on KLOC from Lew Lieberbaum ??
