Mosaic Group Secures Second Home Service Partner

-Major UK insurer, Wesleyan, announces intentions to join Home Service-

TORONTO, Sept. 18 /CNW/ - Mosaic Group Inc. (TSE: MGX), Canada's leading
outsourced marketing services agency, has secured a 5-year contract to provide
field services for Wesleyan Assurance Society. The agreement is subject to
contract and due diligence. Mosaic will be providing at-home cash collections
of insurance premiums for the Wesleyan in the UK, beginning late in 2000. The
contract is expected to generate an estimated $9 million in revenue during the
first 12 months of its term.

"We are very pleased with this second significant contract win for our
FMCG Home Service unit," said Mike Cottman, Vice Chairman, President, and
Chief Operating Officer of Mosaic Group. "This contract serves as a validation
of the field service model that we developed last year. Our expertise in field
service and human resources management makes outsourcing to FMCG Home Service
a cost-effective alternative for companies like the Wesleyan who want to focus
on their core competencies."

FMCG Home Service ("Home Service"), Mosaic's UK-based direct-to-home
field service unit, will be performing the collections. The direct-to-home
field force will visit approximately 100,000 homes in the UK on behalf of the
Wesleyan, 13 times a year. Home Service's current 800-strong field force will
be expanded with the transfer of approximately 160 Wesleyan employees to Home
Service. Home Service began field collections for its first insurance client,
Prudential, earlier this year in the UK.

"Our customers are used to at-home collection of insurance premiums. The
Wesleyan has an excellent track record of providing regular service to its
customers and this service will not change with the transfer of premium
collections," said Derek Byfield, Director of Wesleyan. "We expect to find
that outsourcing the field collection aspect of our business to Mosaic will be
a viable, cost-effective method that will continue to provide an excellent
service to our customers. Mosaic will be the Wesleyan representative on the
doorstep."

"The expansion of our Home Service offering is a strategic step in
building our direct-to-consumer business," said Mike Cottman. "Mosaic now has
approximately 1,000 field representatives in the UK making over 6 million
discrete customer interactions per year, on behalf of clients in industries
such as financial services and utilities. We see tremendous potential to build
from this base into other sectors and industries."

Mosaic Group Inc., with operations in Canada, the United States, and
Europe, provides outsourced marketing services on an integrated basis to
