Dave...In regards to the recent PP

I would think that any details would be forthcoming in the S-3 Registration, or Ammended S-3, to be filed shortly...

6. REGISTRATION. Promptly following execution of this Agreement, the Company shall prepare and, following review and approval by LTCO's counsel, file with the SEC a registration statement on Form S-3, or amend its existing shelf registration statement on Form S-3 (such newly filed or amended registration statement being hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Registration Statement"). From time to time in connection with any particular sale of Securities, the Company will, at its own expense, obtain any registration or qualification required to sell any Securities under the Blue Sky laws of any applicable jurisdictions, as reasonably requested by LTCO, and shall pay any filing fees required by NASD Regulation, Inc. in connection with their review of the terms of this Agreement, if so required.

I would imagine as deals occur, the stock price will suffer short term pressures as a result of terms yet to be written. I've seen it happen before in other issues. It won't be a surprise. I'm not a big fan of these deals, unfortunately they are an all too often occurrence. More perks for insiders with deep pockets at the expense of the retail shareholder.

A long term view is most important here... more so than ever before. The daily ticks are increasingly meaningless to me.

I'm looking for any future pressure as a buy opp. between $3-$5 over the next 6-9 Mos. I think the gaps will fill at $2.75 and $5. The recent post from someone here dismissing these openings in the charts as "crap" seems more interesting now, if only a little.

"LOL" indeed...Maybe irrational exuberance is all it was. No big deal.

The new long term trend is up,

and I expect the $2.75 gap to fill on an intraday dip only. The bottom of the long term trading channel is around $3.25, maybe a little higher. I think as long as we are able to close, and stay, above that level on a long term basis with continued improving fundamental developments like the ones that have been occurring lately... the company, and stock price will finally enjoy the fruits of it's long labors.

What a great thought...General Magic as a profitable company. I still believe it will happen.

Good Trading,

JM
