Rob: The benefits of fuel cells are very considerable. The generation and storage of hydrogen has been the problem. A simple real-time extraction process will help immensely. I look forward to fairly rapid advances of the next few years. We live in a very polluted world -- been to China lately?? High-efficiency, clean-burning power for transportation is only one of many possible applications for fuel cells, and probably not the leading application. Cars may be the last to go "fuel cell". But by the end of this decade, fuel cells will be everywhere.
