Monu,

You asked me on the Trooper thread what I thought of the stock... I have posted pretty much a reply on the raging bull site. Here it is:

====================

Maybe the world is running out of stupid people...

The stock price sure hasn't moved much given this monumental deal. But maybe they're trying to sell too much stock into the market.

[Just so I don't get criticized as being too harsh, maybe it's just that the world doesn't have as many of the absolute morons it would take to believe this last news release at face value].

I was just dropping by... I'm a lot busier these days now in NY but I guess the trade off is that I'll likely make a bundle more money. On to Thermo Tech... given this company's repeated history of halftruths and outright lies its incredible that so many "people" would pop out and try to hype this release.

Let's consider some facts; I'll reference the following sites:
uk-wire.com [where Delta PLC discusses their year end results]
hemscott.com [a variety of information from share price/graph to 5 year summary Profit & Loss statement]
deltaplc.com [Delta's home page]

Delta has a market capitalization of $188 million pounds. To embark on a capital expenditure programme of the same magnitude of their market cap and announce it through one of their obscure subsidiaries strikes me not only as silly but shocking. Look at their 5 year stock performance as a guide.

My questions are these:
(1) Why would Delta choose to announce this huge deal which has little to do with their primary line of business through a subsidiary?
(2) Why would Delta PLC's subsidiary's CEO make the announcement and not the CEO of Delta himself or even someone on the board?
(3) Why is Delta willing to make an investment outside of their realm of expertise that dwarfs their current line of business for an unproven and to date, unprofitable technology?
(4) Why would they begin their capital expenditure programme in Asia in an area of the world they don't do significant sales domestically?
(5) Why would Delta not make a similar newsrelease of their own?
(6) Why isn't this subsidiary not even listed on their website?

On a side note, I find it absolutely ludicrous that Terri whatever her face is would be so presumptuous as to come on this board as if she is indignant at the slander that occurs against her father and family. The spoiled brat has the gall to rail on and attempt to pull at our heartstrings with her ardent defense of her father and God who have provided her with all that she has -- she forgot the shareholders somewhere in that mix.

Thermo Tech's newsreleases have lied in the past. Rene Branconnier -- her father has signed those releases. I don't care if he is the tooth fairy; to say that he lied is a fact. Look at the court case of Trooper v Thermo Tech. If there is a man so singlehandedly responsible for the destruction of so much wealth (in the magnitude of tens of millions if not over a hundred] it is Mr. Branconnier who is nothing more than a cheap promoter looking for quick bucks wherever he can get them by any means possible -- and he has done so; become quite quite wealthy on the backs of shareholders.

That is fact. Fact. Fact. I'm not sure what Terri wants to dispute. Look at all the sweetheart deals that Rene Branconnier made with himself by appointing his cronies to the board of directors -- it's right there for all to see in the annual reports. Thermo Tech has even delt with companies convicted of fraud. Whatever did happen of Corinth?

The shareprice has fallen steadily from over $5 US to its current state. The number of shares outstanding has ballooned to near or over a billion (I haven't kept track as of late) from over $3 US from when I first looked at the company 3 years ago. Coincidence?

Sorry Terri, go pout somewhere else. You won't get sympathy from anyone who has a clue here.

Clement

re: Delta Group & Firmaplus

I find it odd that they would not give any contact information for the firm as a whole. It stinks of the same thing that they did with US Filter -- which again turned out to be pretty much a fabricated newsrelease fraught with exaggeration.

I gave Delta Group Australia Pty Ltd a call in (surprisingly enough) Australia (head office is in London is of course asleep) spoke with a woman who has worked there for 15 years and she has never heard of the company. Odd. Never heard of Charles Miller. Again, odd -- for if this thing is truly as big as they say, there should be press everywhere internally -- this would be after all a new exciting direction for the company as a whole.
