Related news: "Carrier Hotels, USA, Changes its Name to Convergency Centers Corporation" newsalert.com "Before starting Convergency Centers, Berns, 35, was CEO and founder of Colo.com, a San Francisco-based provider of collocation facilities." In my mind, the fact that COLO.com's one-time CEO and founder has now left is a negative. IMHO it's generally a better sign when the founder(s) of a company about to go public are still on the team. Just my opinion.
