I don't recall that incident, and it'd be useless to try to make a blanket statement like "comments straight from a porn movie will result in account termination". I don't recall the line or the context in which it was used. But the source of the line would be (in any scenario I can imagine), irrelevant. For example, "I love you. You love me" wouldn't become an offensive line simply by virtue of being uttered by someone other than Barney. Or by Barney in a scene I'd really rather not imagine.

And my movie-watching is limited enough that I might not recognize a line as coming from "the porno movie". Personally.

But what I think you're looking for is this: Name-calling, and potty-mouth would be "relatively minor" to me. Death threats, invasion of privacy, and multiple accounts for purposes of scamming readers would be "relatively major".

Sometimes people feel that name-calling is "relatively major" (on a par with invasion of privacy), but in my opinion it isn't unless it persists despite warnings and/or suspensions. Being "relatively minor" doesn't mean it's okay, though. People get suspended for relatively minor things all the time.
