I agree with Peter D. The eventual NASDAQ exposure should act as a positive in the short-term. I also think the acquisition is important for the long-term because the company needs to broaden from being perceived as a niche player. The Pointbase ownership is icing on the cake.

I'd ignore the short-term fluctuations because they're essentially meaningless when there is such little volume. My guess is that the NASDAQ listing will be the catalyst to move this one to a valuation more in line with its U.S. competition. If it doesn't, it may take a couple of more solid quarters but people will eventually take notice.
