[ CAP and 1.5 Mbps over 15K] Bill c. Any idea from BA what they think the upstream rates will be? I notice that in all the RADSL stuff upstream is advertised as anywhere from 640 to 1 M. I seriously doubt that RADSL CAP will be able to do any more than 128 over 15K ft. More likely 64K. Probably adequate for downloading but not enough for VideoConferencing. By contrast, if DMT can do 6 down at 15K, it should be able to do about 600 M up. This is probably adequate for Videoconferencing, which, IMHO, is the reall killer app for xDSL.
