Joe, it depends on your individual strategy. The confounding thing about following any thread here on SI is that you have day traders and long term investors and everything in betwwen. And you have to guess where everyone is coming from with their inputs- luckily after a while you kind of get their personal slant. I mean, everyone knows Tito, Teri, TD, etc. Right?
I don't think AMAT is overvalued for us buy and hold types. We don't try to guess near term "corrections"(I hate that term) just continue to ride the jagged line going hpoefully up. For shorttermers, Jeez, its tough as Terry states in last post. The most optimistic earnings forecast was, what, not quite $4.00 for '98? At a damn good P/E of 20 thats under $80/share, or am I missing something? In any event, its sure been fun the last few weeks especially.
