Hi Donny & all - here is one conjecture based solely on the timeline of the announcement you lay out. ISLD is about to make a big splash which will further eat into AKAM. The latter decides to use the lawsuit as a stop-the-train tactic. ISLD returns in kind. Hopefully, the lawyers at ISLD know they have teeth.

Not sure if AKAM anticipated the countersuit, although it is fairly common. One thing for sure, this kind of cases seems to be resolved [in court] much faster than they used to, so, either one of these two stocks will get hurt really bad, while the victor will be a rocket. I hope ISLD is the rocket :). Of course, they can always settle out-of-court. Then, back to competing on a level playing field
