COM DEV Wireless and TELOS Technology Sign Strategic Supply Agreement

RICHARDSON, TEXAS, Sept. 19 /CNW/ - COM DEV Wireless, a division of COM
DEV International Ltd. (TSE: CDV) has completed a strategic supply agreement
with TELOS Technology Inc. of Richmond, British Columbia. Under the agreement,
TELOS will market its switches and COM DEV's IS 136 TDMA Base Stations as a
single system. COM DEV Wireless designs and manufactures leading edge radio
systems and subsystems for wireless, cellular telephone and PCS systems. TELOS
is a leading developer of cellular and PCS technology, including Mobile Switch
Centers, Wireless Softswitches and Intelligent Network solutions.
"This agreement highlights COM DEV Wireless' continual focus on being
responsive to our customers' needs," said Mr. Roger Boivin, President of COM
DEV Wireless. "As a leader in the design and manufacture of RF
telecommunication systems and subsystems, we're pleased to provide our Base
Station product to TELOS, which has proven switching system expertise."
