Sylvester80, re: DRAM controller revenues.
CPU Chipsets
I assume that revenues will only be generated from the memory controller device in a chip set. This is probably a <$15.00 part. (Since Intel builds ~half the chip sets, one wonders what if any royalties they pay). But assuming they pay the same as everyone else, and using your high estimate of 4% for SDRAM and 130 million PC's, I get $78 million in license fee's.
Graphics Processors.
Assuming that all companies agreed to pay a 4% fee, and again using 130 million PC's, I get ~$100 million in license fee's. (I used an ASP of $20.00 for the chips. Personally, I doubt if they can get 4% on GPU's even if everyone settled).
Further, with more of the low end migrating to SOC, I doubt if they could get 4% on the entire device. Again, you have the issue of Intel with the i810/i815, etc.
My guess is that in the PC, memory controller license revenue will be much less than $100 million.
