Actually, if you care at all about being accurate, he said:

"Microsoft's biggest growth catalyst over
the next 24 months will focus around
software and services for small
businesses. But he warned that while
Microsoft is making a push toward
business services, "don't get excited
about revenue in the next 12 months
[for the segment]."

Please note the part at the end that specifically states the growth in the small business market in the next 12 months is nothing to get excited about. He was not, as you wrote in your post, referring to MSFT's overall revenue.
