QCOM at low 70 is still dirt cheap if you ask me. It is a legit $200 to $300 stock if CHINA goes CDMA which it will (trust me, other technology don't have the capacity to support 2 billion people economically, CHINA knows better then anyone else if anyone need CDMA, it is CHIAN). CHINA is not going to build land lines, wireless is IT. Also consider 80% Chinese will have their first phone ever wireless!!!! Many may not even find out in their lifetime that phones used to have wires attached to it.....

If for the rest of year the market condition even closely resembles last year, QCOM could over shoot to $400 to $500 (by that time, FLACK would be all over it and take it down to cheap again for me to buy it back).... That is what my tea leaf says so far.
