What a joke - this is getting pretty bad - will someone wake the SEC and get them off their duffs from briefing.com 10:29 ET Semi Upgrades : After downgrading both Intel (INTC +2 11/16) and AMD (AMD +1 13/16) last week, we're hearing that Banc of America Securities analyst Rick Whittington upgraded INTC and AMD this morning and made positive comments about DRAM pricing. Hmmm, what changed in a week - other than the level and average cost of INTL and AMD in Bank of America and thier customers accounts
