e.Digital Corp. Sets Date and Location for Annual Shareholder Meeting
SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 19, 2000--e.Digital Corp. (OTC:EDIG - news) Tuesday announced that its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will be held on Thursday, Nov. 9, 2000, at the California Center for the Arts in Escondido, Calif., a suburb in San Diego's North County.

The meeting, to be held in the venue's main Concert Hall at 340 N. Escondido Blvd., will begin at 2 p.m. local time.

The company is scheduled to file proxy materials with the Securities and Exchange Commission this Friday, Sept. 22, and will commence mailing immediately thereafter. All shareholders of record as of Sept. 11, 2000, will receive proxy materials and meeting notification by mail.

A letter from e.Digital President Fred Falk that will be included with the proxy materials is now available at the company's Web site under ``News/Press Releases'' (http://www.edig.com/press.htm).

A live audio broadcast of the meeting will be available to shareholders unable to attend, and an audio replay will be available after the meeting. Full details regarding access to the audio broadcast and replay will be announced before the meeting.
