I see a lot of non-commitment right now among the techs, because the market is still pretty flat and every rally has been short lived. If I were a potential tech long, I would wait to see if the Nasdaq can hold before I dove back into the market. RIM has a short term downside of $110 where the 20 day SMA is hanging out, if that goes then its a great short down to $100.
