Hi Carpe,

The lawsuit was a class action lawsuit against PRDM management including Mr. Gullett. The plaintiffs are all PRDM shareholders from late 95 to early 96 (when PRDM crashed from 30 to 6). They alleged that management misrepresented PRDM which caused them to lose a s**h load of money. Although these lawsuits are common for hi-techs whose stock prices tumble, if PRDM is found guilty, it would significantly impact its bottom line. The most recent hearing and ruling of the case will take place sometimes in MAY. So we should find out pretty soon.
