I'll put to gether a package:

1) the standard AIM spreadsheet
2) my NDX modified spreadsheet which will also have
11 years of modified (ie 2x) NDX weekly data
3) some comments on parameters used in the above sheet

will take a bit because I have to assemble all this into a
zip package
