But Bush has no credible plan either to improve the Education system.

Both candidates are out in left field in regard to doing what it takes to improve public school education in this country.

Bush's plan still keeps the NEA and UFT as strong and as influential as ever. Private school choice is not a real choice given the quality of teachers.
