Dr. Bob, With today's various analyst upgrades given to the chip makers, and tech stocks, I'm wondering if this is the houses' way of telling us this is the new Nazdaq bottom.

Perhaps it's their method of helping to control the shape of the Naz chart.
Obviously, a bottom here is better than one lower than 3520, from a TA point of view.
So they put out a series of upgrades to INTC and the other Naz leaders. This in turn puts the brakes on a falling Nazdaq.

What are your thoughts?
