Hello Ron, I just got your message (I was away for a while). Thank you. Unfortunatly things have changed now and we know that this is a scam and I guess you were not expecting that neither and have been caught too. It is probably very unpleasant for you and I hope people will understand that nobody can be 100% sucessfull and the risk is part of the job. So now, is there any residual value in DELGF. You mentionned that "The downside is well protected by DELGF's diversification in many other properties and cash on hand. At current prices the market is putting a value of practically nothing on the Nevada property, so looks like a very good risk/reward play to me" So what do you think could be the remaining value of DELGF now ? If any I'm wondering about the lawsuits impact. Are you still positive on IPMCF ? Wish you all the best, Calafert
