Qualcomm P/E: 82

That's a joke, Tom! NTAP and BRCD are each over 700. If the psychology is indeed returning to Qualcomm, it could start sailing. Unfortunately, it is so much at the mercy of Chinese whims. Imagine solid news out of China, from GSM leaders, or regarding HDR.

I know I'm still a Qualcomm dreamer, even though it crushed me so badly this year. Today. though, is a good day to own QCOM, JDSU, and RMBS. Please take a minute to give me your opinion on JDSU. I know you've liked it in the past. It seems to be stuck because of the SDLI merger. Regardless, SDLI is on the warpath today. The 3.8 to 1 merger ratio has not been narrowed sufficiently, in my opinion.

Isn't it odd how the Jacobs laptop issue seems to have helped Qualcomm in the short run here? It has focused public attention on the value of Qualcomm IP. Strange how the stock market works so upside-down at times.
