Some numbers -

Current NAV - 19.14
Current price - 13.63
Premium to NAV (negative)28.5%

Since (as of 9/18) only 31.9% of the fund's assets have been allocated to investments, that means that the fund's cash-on-hand must still be (19.14 x .681) = 13.03. So the market is apparently valuing the fund's 12 investments to date (19.14 x 31.9% = $6.11, or ~$100M worth) at (13.63-13.03)=.60, or about ten cents on the dollar.

Dunno 'bout you, but that seems like a heckuva deal to me (especially considering that all of those investments were made after the tech bubble had already burst).

Am I missing something here?
