Salah, >IMO, there is no warning. CPQ has a BOD meeting in the last two weeks of the quarter to review the quarter performance and if things are going according to expectations they declare the quarterly dividend. With this PR, I do believe we are in the clear:
Sounds good. So far this "season", no big tech companies have warned, even though CNBC keeps rolling out the names of the companies every day that have had to warn. A quick list of "important" techs, the list JMHO, not a warning among them:
INTC, TXN, MOT, AMAT CPQ, IBM, HWP, DELL, SUNW EMC CSCO, NT, LU JDSU, GLW MSFT, ORCL
The reason I make a deal out of this is I get sick of hearing how the rate hikes are going to take the starch out of everybody's profits, including tech. Just a few bears beating that drum but I'm sick of them anyway.
